By accessing or using RangeLead, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are accessing or using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RangeLead. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. RangeLead is a business-to-business (B2B) lead generation platform that provides access to curated business contact data, company information, and related digital products. Our Service allows users to browse, filter, and download business lead lists for legitimate commercial purposes.

The data provided through our Service is compiled from publicly available sources, third-party data providers, and proprietary databases. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, currentness, or reliability of any data. Business information changes frequently, and some data may become outdated between updates.

• Service: The RangeLead website, platform, and all related services, features, content, and applications.
• User / You: Any individual or legal entity that accesses, browses, registers with, or purchases from RangeLead.
• Data / Lead Data: Any digital information provided through the Service, including but not limited to business names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, company profiles, and other business contact information.
• Purchase / Transaction: The acquisition of Data or access to Data through the Service, whether through paid subscription, credit-based system, or other payment methods.
• Account: Your registered user account on RangeLead, including all associated credentials, preferences, and purchase history.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. RangeLead will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

All products sold on RangeLead are digital goods delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital data and the immediate access granted upon purchase:

• All Sales Are Final: Once Data is accessed, downloaded, or delivered, the transaction is complete and non-refundable. This policy exists because digital data cannot be "returned" once accessed.
• No Chargebacks: You agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for completed transactions. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination and legal action.
• Credit-Based Purchases: Credits purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused credits may expire according to our credit policy.

By using our Service and Data, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You represent and warrant that:

• Data Protection Compliance: You will comply with applicable data protection laws including GDPR (European Union), CCPA/CPRA (California), and other privacy regulations. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Data is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Telephone Consumer Protection: If using phone numbers for calling or SMS, you will comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Do Not Call regulations, and similar laws in your jurisdiction.

You expressly agree NOT to use the Service or any Data obtained through the Service for:

• Illegal Activities: Any unlawful purpose, including fraud, identity theft, stalking, harassment, or discrimination.
• Spam and Unsolicited Communications: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, SMS messages, or other communications in violation of applicable laws.
• Resale or Redistribution: Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, or redistributing the Data to third parties without explicit written authorization from RangeLead.
• Competitive Services: Using the Data to create or enhance a competing product or service.
• Data Scraping or Harvesting: Using automated tools to scrape, harvest, or extract data from our Service beyond normal use.
• Harmful Activities: Any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair our Service or interfere with other users' access.

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate termination of your account, forfeiture of any credits or purchases, and potential legal action.

RangeLead provides Data on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties regarding:

• Accuracy: The correctness of any business names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or other contact information.
• Completeness: Whether Data includes all businesses in a given category, location, or industry.
• Timeliness: Whether Data is current or up-to-date. Business information changes frequently.
• Deliverability: Whether emails will be delivered, phone numbers will connect, or businesses are still operating.

The Service and its original content (excluding Data), features, and functionality are owned by RangeLead and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Data for your internal business purposes only. This license does not include the right to resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Data. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by RangeLead.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RangeLead, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect Damages: Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Data-Related Damages: Any damages resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated Data, including but not limited to bounced emails, disconnected phone numbers, or invalid addresses.
• Third-Party Actions: Any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Data, including complaints, lawsuits, or regulatory actions from individuals or businesses contained in the Data.
• Service Interruptions: Any damages resulting from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RangeLead, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your Use of the Service: Your access to or use of the Service or any Data obtained through the Service.
• Violation of Terms: Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Third-Party Rights: Your violation of any third-party rights, including privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
• Your Content: Any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the Service.

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. RangeLead EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Merchantability: Any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-Infringement: Any warranty that the Service or Data will not infringe on third-party rights.
• Availability: Any warranty of uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
• Results: Any warranty regarding the results that may be obtained from use of the Service or Data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination: (a) your right to use the Service will immediately cease; (b) you must cease all use of any Data previously obtained; (c) any unused credits or prepaid amounts are forfeited; (d) provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

RangeLead reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity of any provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RangeLead regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
